What is the affect of the angle and eye color of red eye in a photograph?
Hypothesis
I think the higher the angle the more likely to get red eye.

Variables
Independent Variable:
angle
Dependent Variable:
red eye
Variables That Need To Be Controlled:
camera, tripod, camera setting, room/area, lighting
Potential Problems And Solutions
The camera's battery gets low I will have to charge it.
If the camera gets too hot i will turn the camera off and let it cool down.

Causes
If you use a flash in a dark room it will give you red eye, because the flash reflects off the retina.
The more your pupils are dilated the more red eye.
Red eye is more common in people with light eye color.
Red eye is more common in children with light red hair.
Animals have a retina called tape tum.tape tum gives them blue, green, or yellow eyes.
Animals with out tape tum can show red eye like humans.

Detailed Procedure
1.Gather materials and people.
2. Get a tripod and a camera.
3. Adjust camera to the first angle, at eye level
4. Take first picture of first person.
5. Change angle and take picture
6. Gather pictures and check for red eye.
7. Repeat again from top to bottom in order(1,2,3,etc...).

discussion
I chose to do this experiment to see what the effect of red eye is...
The overall trend of my experiment seemed to be the more angle, the more likely to have red eye, their was a 9% difference between each angle.
If the pupils are dilated their will likely be more red eye.... To further my research I could dilate peoples pupils. I could also compare dilated eyes and non - dilated eyes. I would also like to test on pets to see if they can get red eye too...

Abstract
The main idea of my project was to see if people got red eye at different angles.I found that each angle as a little different. Angle 1 was 42% and angle 2 was 53%...
I chose this project because I am interested in taking photo's and I wanted to see how photos get red eye
